Each player may open only one account at burma8. If we detect that the same person is using multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, all such accounts will be closed and any bonus winnings will be voided.

When requesting a withdrawal, players must pass a Know Your Customer (KYC) check. Withdrawals will not be processed if the required documents are not provided. Documents typically required include a National Registration Card (NRC) or passport, along with proof of the payment method used.

Account Security Responsibilities

Deposits

Deposit methods available at burma8 are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit is 10,000 Ks, and players must use only their own payment method. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawal fees and commissions are not charged without valid reason. Withdrawals are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours from the time of request to the time funds arrive. Withdrawal requests from players who have not completed KYC verification or who have not yet met bonus wagering requirements may be placed on hold.

Welcome Bonus

burma8 offers a 100% first deposit bonus to players making their first deposit — up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks.

Example — A player who deposits 20,000 Ks receives a 20,000 Ks bonus and can play with a total of 40,000 Ks. If the 20,000 Ks bonus carries a 10x wagering requirement, the player must wager a total of 200,000 Ks before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Second example — A player who deposits 220,000 Ks receives only the maximum bonus of 100,000 Ks and can play with a total of 320,000 Ks. With a 10x wagering requirement on the 100,000 Ks bonus, the player must wager a total of 1,000,000 Ks before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• The wagering requirement is bonus amount × 10.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days, the bonus will be forfeited.
• The bonus may only be claimed once — it applies to the first deposit only.

VIP Cashback and Other Promotions

Players active at VIP level can receive weekly cashback — up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver, up to 0.7% at Gold, up to 1.0% at Platinum, and up to 1.2% at Diamond. The terms and conditions for each promotion can be found on the relevant page or in the promotion announcement.

burma8 reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel any promotion without prior notice.

Bonus Abuse

If burma8 determines that a player is betting in a calculated, structured manner with the sole purpose of clearing wagering conditions rather than playing in good faith, burma8 reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Fair Play Policy

All games offered at burma8 use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and outcomes are produced through fair odds and calculations. Using third-party software to manipulate games, playing via automated bots, or exploiting game vulnerabilities is considered a violation.

Technical Errors and Game Disruptions

If a game is interrupted due to a server error, software bug, or connection issue, it will be reviewed and resolved. Any winnings obtained by exploiting a bug may be voided.

Losses from football and Esports betting

Results of football matches, Esports tournaments, or any other games depend on the player's own decisions and may result in losses. burma8 is not responsible for those losses.

Prohibited activities

• Money laundering
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses
• Playing using a bot, script, or automated program
• Coercing platform staff to act against their own judgment
• Continuing to bet while pretending to know the outcome of a game that has been compromised
• Allowing someone under the legal age (under 21) to open an account and gamble

If a violation is found, the account will be closed immediately, funds will not be withdrawn, and the case may be referred for appropriate legal action.
